How is BroadNet SMS priced?
These are BroadNet's own indicative A2P SMS list rates, the same figures as each country's rate card, so you can sanity-check a budget before you talk to sales. They are not industry averages. Your quote lands at or below them depending on volume, traffic mix and SLA tier.

Indicative list rates, not a contract quote. Final pricing depends on the ten variables below — committed volume, sender-ID scope, SLA tier and compliance load can move a quote meaningfully.
SMS list rates are published per country. WhatsApp is billed at Meta's rate for each market with zero markup, plus a service fee: see WhatsApp pricing. Voice and OTP are quoted per market, because each price starts from the destination operator's termination rate and an OTP price also depends on the channel fallback you configure. The first row shows each channel's list rate from.
Ten variables, one quote.
Every BroadNet quote is built from these ten dimensions. Quotes are valid for 60 days and tie pricing to specific routes, operators, and SLA tiers — not generic per-message averages.
Destination country
Per-country rates reflect operator costs, regulator fees, and route quality in each market.
Operator / network
Direct binds vs partner routes; tier-1 vs tier-2 operators inside a country.
Route type
BroadNet uses a direct operator route wherever one is commercially available (1,000+ direct connections) and a partner-managed route where not. Each is priced separately, and each country page shows every operator's route status.
Traffic type
OTP, transactional, and marketing are priced separately reflecting their cost-to-deliver and regulatory load.
Monthly volume
Committed monthly volume qualifies for tiered pricing; spot volume priced at list.
Sender ID registration
Per-market sender ID approval and ongoing renewal carries a per-ID administrative fee.
SLA level
Standard vs enterprise SLA tiers; 24/7 NOC and dedicated TAM on enterprise tier.
Connectivity
REST API, SMPP binds, or both — SMPP binds typically have a per-bind monthly fee.
Compliance requirements
BAA, HIPAA, regional residency, and signed audit logs may add per-message or per-account fees.
Firewall / operator scope
SMS Firewall, SS7 Firewall, sender ID registry, eSIM VSM — operator-deployment scope drives the per-network license.
How a quote is built.
No black box. Every BroadNet quote is assembled in the same five steps, in the same order — from the destination operator's wholesale floor up to the outcome you're actually billed on.
- 1
Start from the termination rate
Every price begins at the destination operator's termination rate — the wholesale floor set by the network you're delivering to. It varies by country and operator, and we pass it through on that basis rather than bury a marked-up base rate.
- 2
Set the route class
Next we fix how your traffic reaches that operator: a direct operator bind wherever one is commercially available, otherwise a partner-managed route. The route class is stated per destination in your quote, so you know exactly what you're buying on each corridor.
- 3
Apply your committed volume
Your committed monthly volume moves you along the tier curve — a higher commitment steps the per-message rate down. Spot traffic is priced at list; the commitment is what earns the tiered rate.
- 4
Layer the service tier
On top sits the service tier: your SLA, SMS and SS7 firewall with anti-fraud, sender-ID registration, DLR and webhook receipts, and support. These are bundled into your package, not billed back as surprise line items.
- 5
Bill on the delivered outcome
You're billed on the delivered outcome contracted in your quote, with delivery receipts (DLRs) as the record of what actually landed. No estimated sends and no rounded-up averages — the delivery receipt is the invoice.
That's also why there isn't one flat public rate card. A real A2P price is specific to the route, the operator, and your committed volume — so any single published number would mislead more than it informs. The calculator and indicative bands above give you an honest range; a scoped quote pins the exact figure. Test access is on request, with a reply within one business day, and every quote holds for 60 days.
