What is the difference between BroadNet and OmniChannels.ai?
BroadNet (broadnet.me) is the messaging network and API: operator connections, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, voice and OTP for enterprises and mobile operators. OmniChannels.ai is the workspace built on it, with a shared inbox, campaigns, chatbots and AI agents across every channel, using the same BroadNet API.
Is WaiterPilot the same as Smart Waiter?
Yes. WaiterPilot is the new name of Smart Waiter, the AI waiter for restaurants by BroadNet.AI. Its website is waiterpilot.com.
Is Shortlen the same as b1.lc?
Yes. Shortlen is the website of BroadNet's link shortener, and b1.lc is the short domain its links use. Shortlen is at shortlen.com.
