- 01How do I send my first SMS?Request test access at /signup — we reply within one business day. Once you have your access token, POST a JSON body with senderId, destinationNumber, message and messageType to https://api.broadnet.me/sms/sendSms, with the token in an Authorization: Bearer header. Full quickstart in the developer docs.
- 02How do I get a sender ID approved?Submit a sender ID registration in the dashboard with proof of brand ownership. Approval takes 5–15 business days depending on the regulator (TDRA, CST, NTRA, etc.). BroadNet handles the filing on your behalf.
- 03What's the difference between A2P SMS and 2-Way SMS?A2P (application-to-person) is outbound only — alerts, OTPs, notifications. Two-Way SMS adds inbound replies via a virtual number, with webhooks delivering each MO message to your endpoint.
- 04How are delivery receipts (DLRs) delivered?DLRs are JSON payloads POSTed to the webhook you register per account or per message. Retries with exponential backoff for up to 24 hours.
- 05What does HLR Lookup return?MSISDN, country, MCC/MNC, current operator (handles portability), ported status, roaming status, and active/inactive state — about 350ms for a live query, under 50ms from cache.
- 06How is BroadNet priced?Per message, per country, with volume discounts that start at 100K messages a month. WhatsApp and RCS follow Meta and operator pass-through pricing. No setup fees.
- 07Is BroadNet GDPR-compliant?Yes. EU traffic is isolated to EU-only routes and storage; DPA is standard; right-to-erasure tooling is exposed via API. We also align to UAE PDPL and KSA PDPL.
- 08Where do I report an incident or outage?Service status is at broadnet.me/status. For unresolved issues, email support@broadnet.me or open a ticket from the dashboard — 24/7 NOC in Dubai and Beirut.
