Data Processing Agreement.
Overview
BroadNet's standard Data Processing Agreement governs the processor relationship between BroadNet and our customers under GDPR, UAE PDPL, Saudi PDPL, and other applicable data-protection regimes. The DPA is automatically incorporated into every Master Services Agreement.
Standard contractual clauses
For transfers of personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to third countries, BroadNet uses the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021) plus the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable.
