Everything worth knowing, nothing that isn't.
Billing currencies
MENA accounts are billed in AED or SAR; international accounts are billed in USD. Your account currency is set when you onboard and appears on every invoice and statement, so pricing, top-ups, and invoices all stay in one currency. See /answers/download-invoices.
Payment methods
You can fund your account with a major credit or debit card, or by bank transfer. Cards suit instant top-ups and auto-recharge; bank transfer suits larger, less frequent funding. Save a payment method in Billing to enable automatic recharge. See /answers/top-up.
Enterprise invoicing and net terms
Enterprise customers can move off prepaid onto monthly invoicing with agreed net credit terms — you send against a credit line and settle on an invoice cycle. This suits finance teams that prefer purchase-order and invoice workflows over card payments. Contact sales to set this up.
Prepaid vs invoiced accounts
Most accounts start prepaid: you top up a balance and it's drawn down as you send. Invoiced accounts skip the balance and are billed in arrears. Both bill in your account currency (AED/SAR for MENA, USD internationally) and produce the same VAT-compliant invoices. See /answers/top-up and /answers/download-invoices.
