Intelligence, assurance, and commercial platforms.
The BroadNet platform catalogue. Vendor-agnostic intelligence, operations and commercial platforms — deployable on-premise, in private cloud, or as a fully managed service inside the operator's perimeter.

How the catalogue is organised
What we mean by a “platform.”
BroadNet ships three different kinds of thing, and knowing which one you need saves a discovery call. A platform is a system you run to produce an outcome over time. That is distinct from a product you send through an API, and from the operator infrastructure that routes and protects traffic in the network core. Here is the whole map.
Platforms
Systems you run. Intelligence, assurance and commercial engines that sit inside your stack and produce an ongoing outcome — recovered revenue, a monitored network, a live customer channel. This catalogue.
You are hereProducts
Things you send. The message types and channels — OTP, WhatsApp Business, RCS, Voice, Email — your applications call through a single API. Pick a channel, ship a use case.

Network-core infrastructure. The firewalls, SMSC and signalling systems that protect and route traffic at the interconnect — built for MNOs, MVNOs and regulators, not enterprises.

Ten platforms, one operating philosophy.
Each card names the team it is built for and the outcome it produces. Intelligence platforms turn raw CDR and signalling into evidence; operations platforms keep the network visible and priced correctly; commercial platforms open revenue — from prepaid advances to six-channel customer conversations. Every figure below restates a claim made on that platform's own page — click through for the architecture, integration model and commercial detail behind it. Two sister brands, TripoSIM and DialerBee, run on the same underlying stack and are included so the map is complete.
BroadNet AI
For enterprises that need AI in production, not pilots. Proprietary Graph ML, an autonomous agent framework, and a self-auditing knowledge engine — voice, chat and vision. SaaS, private cloud, on-prem or air-gapped.
ESME CDR Intelligence
For operator revenue-assurance and NOC teams. Vendor-agnostic CDR correlation across SMSC, firewall, billing and partner sources — dispute-ready evidence packages instead of spreadsheet forensics.
Signaling & CDR Intelligence
For carrier interconnect, fraud and legal teams. Passive capture across SS7, SIGTRAN and SIP/VoIP with signalling-to-CDR correlation — chain-of-custody evidence retained for up to seven years.
Performance System
For NOC and service-operations leads. Real-time monitoring across SMS, voice, platforms and infrastructure — 50+ telecom-specific KPIs, anomaly alerts, and SLA breaches flagged before they land.
Pricing Module
For routing and commercial teams buried in rate emails. IMAP ingestion, 15+ file formats, effective-date scheduling, JWT API — replaces 40+ weekly hours of manual rate processing.
CPaaS
For enterprises running customer conversations at scale. WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, Email, Instagram and Messenger — six channels behind one platform and one billing wallet.
AirVantage
For MNOs and MVNOs monetizing prepaid. Managed airtime and data advances with sub-second decisioning, OCS / IN integration, multi-channel delivery — zero CAPEX to launch.
AMS Banks
For banks whose messages cannot leave the building. Banking-grade messaging architected for banks, not adapted — AES-encrypted internal store, native core-banking connectors, on-premise or private cloud only.
TripoSIM
For travellers — BroadNet's consumer travel eSIM brand. Prepaid data in 200+ destinations with instant QR activation and plans from $2, running on the same eSIM stack operators license from us.
DialerBee
For BPOs, collections and contact centres — BroadNet's sister brand. A multilingual outbound dialer with AI answering-machine detection in 12 languages, BYOC SIP, and WebRTC agents.
Smart Waiter
For restaurants, cafés and hotels — BroadNet's AI scan-to-order assistant. Guests scan a table QR, order and get recommendations in Arabic or English with no app, and orders sync straight to the kitchen.
How to choose
Start from what your team owns.
Most teams do not buy a platform — they buy an outcome for the thing they are accountable for. Find your function below and the catalogue narrows to two or three platforms worth a first conversation.
Revenue assurance & fraud
Turn raw CDR and signalling into dispute-ready evidence and catch leakage before it becomes a recurring loss.
NOC & service operations
One real-time view across SMS, voice, platforms and infrastructure, with SLA breaches flagged before they land.
Interconnect & routing
Rate emails become live routing in minutes, and interconnect quality stays measurable end to end.
Prepaid & commercial
Monetise the zero-balance moment with sub-second airtime and data advances and keep traffic that would otherwise be lost.
Customer engagement
Run every customer conversation — six channels plus autonomous agents — behind one platform and one wallet.
Banking IT & security
Messaging that never leaves the building, architected for banks rather than adapted from a public SaaS.

Deployment & commercial model
Sovereignty is a deployment choice, not a downgrade.
The same platform runs four ways with full capability parity — so a bank behind an air gap and an operator on managed cloud get the same engine, not a stripped tier. Commercially, platforms are licensed per environment, per throughput or on a revenue-share where BroadNet has skin in the outcome.
Fully managed
BroadNet operates the platform as a service. Fastest to value, zero CAPEX, and the option most enterprises and smaller operators start with.
Private cloud
Deployed into your AWS, Azure or GCP tenant with your residency region. You own the environment; BroadNet operates the software.
On-premise
Inside your data centre, behind your firewall. The default for banking-grade messaging and any workload that cannot leave the building.
Inside the operator perimeter
For carrier intelligence and assurance platforms that must read live CDR and signalling feeds — deployed on a tap or inline within the network core.
Platform questions, answered.
Products are the messaging channels themselves — SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Voice, OTP. Platforms are the systems around them: CDR and signalling intelligence, performance monitoring, the pricing module, CPaaS, AirVantage and AMS Banks. You can run a platform standalone, on top of your existing carrier, or alongside BroadNet's channels.
Yes. CDR intelligence, the performance system and the pricing module work over your existing SMSCs, aggregators and vendors — you don't have to switch messaging providers to adopt them. They read your traffic and add the analytics, assurance and pricing layer on top.
SaaS, private cloud, or on-premise in your own data centre — chosen per platform to match your data-residency, latency and security requirements. Banking and signalling deployments are commonly on-prem or private cloud.
Start from what your team already owns: CDR and assurance for analytics teams, CPaaS and BroadNet AI for product teams, AMS for banks, the pricing module for commercial teams. Adopt one platform, prove the value, and expand from there.
