The challenge
An MVNO's A2P
sits on three contracts.
A mobile virtual network operator does not own its radio network, and it rarely owns its international interconnects either. For enterprise messaging that means the A2P estate is split across three different contractual surfaces: the host network FRiENDi rides on, the regulators that govern each GCC market, and the international routes that carry OTPs and transactional traffic to subscribers abroad.
Spread that A2P traffic across several aggregators — each chasing a shaved per-message rate — and the seams start to show.
