About the role
The NOC is the room everything passes through. You'll watch live message flow, partner bind health, regulatory feeds, and customer dashboards — and you'll be the first responder when something doesn't look right.
What you'll do
- Triage and resolve P2/P3 incidents end-to-end; escalate P1s to engineering on-call.
- Maintain partner bind health and chase down latency or DLR anomalies before customers notice them.
- Run change windows on partner integrations.
- Own the daily handover doc and the weekly NOC review.
The shift pattern
Four 12-hour shifts, three days off, rotating between day and night. The Dubai NOC team is seven engineers — you're never alone on a shift.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years NOC, SOC, or carrier operations experience.
- Comfort with SQL, Grafana, basic Python or Bash, and ticketing tools (we run JIRA Service Management).
- Calm under pressure. We will ask you to walk us through your worst incident.
- Right to work in the UAE — or visa sponsorship if you're moving in.
Nice to have
- Telecom / signaling exposure (SMPP, Diameter, SS7).
- Familiarity with Prometheus / Alertmanager / PagerDuty.
- Arabic, French, or Hindi for partner-side comms.
Real human review within 24 hours. Five-step process. No ghosting.
