## Overview

ISO 9001 is the international standard for a Quality Management System (QMS). It defines how an organisation consistently meets customer and regulatory requirements and improves over time. BroadNet holds ISO 9001 certification.

§01

## What the standard is

ISO 9001:2015 sets out the requirements for a QMS built on seven principles — customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, a process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision-making, and relationship management. It follows the Plan-Do-Check-Act model and embeds risk-based thinking, so quality is managed as a repeatable, measurable process rather than left to individual effort. Certification is granted by an accredited registrar and maintained through annual surveillance audits on a three-year cycle.

§02

## Why it matters to an enterprise buyer

ISO 9001 tells a buyer that delivery quality, change control, and customer-complaint handling are governed by an audited system — which is what underpins predictable SLAs and support.

- Consistent, documented processes for designing, delivering, and supporting the service.
- Defined corrective-action and continual-improvement loops when something goes wrong.
- Measured customer-satisfaction and quality-objective tracking.
- Independent surveillance keeps the system honest between full audits.

§03

## BroadNet's status

BroadNet holds ISO 9001 certification for the design, delivery, and support of its telecom messaging products. Certificate copies are available to evaluators under NDA.

§04

## Scope & validity

The certified scope statement, certificate number, certification body and validity dates are printed on the certificate, which BroadNet shares under NDA — request it at trust@broadnet.me. To verify independently, search for “BroadNet” on IAF CertSearch (iafcertsearch.org), the IAF database of accredited management-system certificates.
