Dubai, UAE (Hybrid) Full-time Senior AED 25K–38K/mo + equity Visa sponsorship ## About the role You'll own the product surface our MNO customers see: the operator console, the firewall ruleset workbench, the regulatory reporting flows, and the developer experience for hubbing partners. ## What you'll work on - **Operator console roadmap.** Quarterly priorities, RFC docs, customer council. - **Discovery.** Embedded with three or four operators at a time — visits, calls, ride-alongs in their NOCs. - **Pricing & packaging.** With the commercial team, but you own the product side of the conversation. - **Cross-functional shipping.** Engineering, design, sales, support all converge on you. ## The team You'll join two PMs (one focused on developer products, one on enterprise A2P) and report to the Head of Product. Light touch, high autonomy. ## What we're looking for - 5+ years in product management at an infrastructure or telecom company. - You've shipped products that real operators or enterprises depend on. - You write well. Most of our PRDs are 1,000+ words. - Comfort with technical depth — you don't need to write the code, but you should be able to read it. - Willingness to travel up to 30% (mostly within MENA). ## Nice to have - Prior telecom / messaging / RCS experience. - Arabic. - Engineering background you've grown out of.
