# How do I download invoices and statements?

> In the dashboard, go to Billing → Invoices and download any invoice as a PDF. Monthly statements are itemised by channel and destination country so you can see exactly where spend went. For UAE accounts, invoices are VAT-compliant and show your TRN (Tax Registration Number).

## Download an invoice

Open Billing → Invoices in the dashboard. Each billing period has an invoice you can download as a PDF for your records or your finance team. Past invoices stay available in the list, so you can pull historical documents whenever you need them.

## What's on your monthly statement

Statements are itemised by channel (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, and so on) and by destination country, with volumes and charges broken out. That itemisation lets you reconcile spend against campaigns and see which routes and countries drive your cost. See /answers/sms-pricing-per-mt-explained.

## VAT and TRN for UAE

Invoices for UAE accounts are VAT-compliant and display your Tax Registration Number (TRN), so they can be used directly for input-VAT recovery and local accounting. If your TRN isn't shown, add it in your billing/account details in the dashboard.

## Statements by channel and country

Because line items are split by channel and country, you can attribute cost precisely — useful when different teams or clients own different destinations. Export the PDF per period for bookkeeping, or reconcile against your own usage records from the API. See /answers/payment-methods.
