## Our commitment

BroadNet Technologies Sarl is committed to making **broadnet.me** usable by the widest possible audience, including users who rely on assistive technologies. We design and develop against **WCAG 2.2 Level AA** and treat accessibility as a product requirement, not an afterthought.

## Conformance status

broadnet.me is built and tested to conform to **WCAG 2.2 Level AA**. We measure against the standards published by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative and the European Accessibility Act (EAA, Directive 2019/882). Audits are performed by an independent accessibility firm at least annually; in-flight tickets and discoveries between audits are prioritised on the engineering roadmap.

## What we've built in

- Semantic HTML landmarks (main, nav, header, footer) on every page.
- Keyboard navigation across every interactive control, with visible focus rings.
- Skip-to-main-content link at the top of every page.
- Alt text on meaningful images and ARIA labels on icon-only controls.
- Color contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text on default backgrounds.
- Right-to-left layout and Arabic-native typography across the /ar locale.
- Forms with associated labels, programmatic error messages, and inline validation.

## Known limitations

Some legacy content imported from older campaigns may not yet meet the same standard. Where we identify a gap (typically heading order, contrast ratio, or focus indication) we fix it in the next maintenance window. If you encounter content that's hard or impossible to use, please tell us — we will address it.

## Feedback & assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on broadnet.me, please get in touch. We aim to respond within five working days.

[accessibility@broadnet.me](mailto:accessibility@broadnet.me) or [use the contact form](https://www.broadnet.me/contact) with the subject line “Accessibility”.

## Regulatory enforcement

In the European Union, the EU Accessibility Act (EAA) is enforced by each member state's designated body. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the market-surveillance authority in your member state.
