How we publish

BroadNet publishes guides, country regulation pages, answers and articles about business messaging. This page explains how that content is researched, reviewed, translated and corrected. It is published by the BroadNet Editorial Team and credited to the team that wrote it, not to individuals.

## Sources we rely on

Statements about regulation come from the regulator or public authority itself: its website, its published regulations and decisions, and official gazettes. Vendor blogs, news items and aggregator summaries are used only as leads to the official text, never as the source of a stated rule.

Each country regulation page lists its sources in a dated Sources block, shows when the page was last reviewed, and publishes the same sources as citations in the page's structured data.

If a rule cannot be confirmed at an official source, we leave it out rather than estimate it.

## Company figures and prices

Figures about BroadNet, such as the founding year, offices, operator connections and certifications, come from a single list published on the Company facts page, with the date each figure was last confirmed. Pages, structured data and llms.txt all read from that list, so the numbers cannot drift apart.

Prices on the site are indicative list rates from one rate card. They exclude taxes and sender-ID fees and are not contract pricing.

## Neutral comparisons

We do not name other providers. Comparisons describe categories of provider and the trade-offs between approaches, so readers can apply them to any vendor, including us.

## Review and dates

Every article is reviewed by the Editorial Team before it is published. Articles show their publication date, and regulation pages show the date they were last reviewed.

Code samples use reserved fictional phone numbers only, and no page publishes customer data.

## How translations are made and checked

The site is published in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Russian. Selected pages are also available in Turkish, Simplified Chinese, Indonesian, Korean, Japanese, Hindi and Urdu.

Every translation starts from the English original, never from another translation. Product names, protocol terms, regulator acronyms, placeholders and SMS opt-out keywords such as STOP are protected, so they reach the reader unchanged.

Each translation is checked before it is published: it is translated back into English and compared with the original, an independent reviewer model checks meaning and terminology, and every string flagged by either check is read and fixed by our team.

These checks reduce errors, but they do not remove them. If you read one of these languages natively and spot a mistake, please tell us.

## Corrections

When we find an error, or a reader reports one, we correct the page in every language it is published in. When an error changed the meaning of a rule or a figure, we record the correction here.

### September 2026: United Arab Emirates

Several pages attributed the UAE rules for marketing SMS to Cabinet Resolution No. 57 of 2024. Resolution No. 57 sets the penalties; the telemarketing rules, which cover marketing SMS, are in Cabinet Resolution No. 56 of 2024. We corrected the affected pages and the related blog post in every language, and removed penalty figures we could not trace to an official source.

## The BroadNet Editorial Team

The Editorial Team publishes the site's content. Articles are written by BroadNet's regulatory affairs, product, engineering, industry research and operator solutions teams, and bylines name the team rather than an individual.

## Report an error

If something on this site looks wrong or out of date, whether a rule, a figure or a translation, send us the page address and what you found. We check every report against the official source and correct confirmed errors.
